Accessibility Guides provide a comprehensive description of the information, facilities and customer services you offer for people with access needs, enabling them to choose for themselves the venue or service that is right for them.

Accessibility Guides are an improved format that replace Access Statements.

VisitEngland and VisitScotland have provided a new website that enables you to create an Accessibility Guide for yourself by answering a series of questions, taking key measurements and uploading photographs. This generates a unique URL which provides a link to your on-line Guide.

Some organisations prefer to let us produce an Accessibility Guide for them, utilising our personal experience and professional auditing skills to record, describe, photograph and upload all the relevant data for you, creating an invaluable resource for your customers.
