About Jane:
Jane is a professional access consultant and a passionate and creative designer, presenter and facilitator of targeted and effective training and development interventions.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with a successful track-record of over 25 years professional experience in the fields of training and development, consultancy, communications, engagement and business development in major, blue-chip companies and the public-sector.
Her original training as a sociologist and social anthropogist has helped her to develop a unique insight into the many projects she has worked on during her highly successful career.
Jane is also an award-winning, million-pound fundraiser, leading a community appeal inspired by her daughter
Megan (the ‘Pool For Megan And Her Friends Appeal) which raised funds to build a therapy pool at Ashgate Croft Special School in Chesterfield .
As well as being a Director of Access For All UK Jane is also the co-founder of the charity Accessible Derbyshire along with colleague and friend Gillian Scotford.
Now a leading disability and Changing Places campaigner Jane is also a published writer on disability-related issues with particular expertise in the field of autism, drawing on 20 years first-hand experience as a parent and carer.
